One of the earliest most necessary initiatives I took up at Skit was to put a process in place. Since it's a fast paced environment, relevant feedback and quick turn around time were two main qualities we concentrated on to make way for the third and most valuable outcome, on-time delivery. Below are the Creative Process and Feedback 101 guidelines for everyone at Skit to follow so that the iterative process is fruitful and less fatiguing. We also solved for red flags like scope creep and hierarchy so that they don't interfere with the smooth functioning from briefing to the final outcome.
